4. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Step 4: Include Return Documentation
Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt, along with the Return Authorization Number provided by our customer service team. You may also include a brief note explaining the reason for the return.
Step 5: Ship the Return
Ship the product to the return address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as you are responsible for the product until it reaches our facility.

6. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning products, unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect product).
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
7. Refund Process and Timeline
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements. This inspection process typically takes 3-5 business days from the date we receive the return.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The refund amount will include the purchase price of the returned product(s), minus any applicable deductions for return shipping costs or restocking fees.
Refund Timeline:
After approval, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's processing time, which may take an additional 5-10 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or contact your payment provider, as processing times vary.
If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.
8. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
Products that show signs of use or wear beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product;
Products returned without all original packaging, accessories, or documentation;

However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the product price in the following circumstances:

You are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with returning the product.
We recommend using a trackable international shipping method with insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during international return shipping.
Refunds for international orders will be processed in the original currency and payment method used for the purchase. Please note that currency exchange rates may have changed between the time of purchase and the time of refund, which may affect the refund amount in your local currency.
International returns may take longer to process due to customs clearance and international shipping times. Please allow additional time for international returns to be received and processed.
14. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If you refuse delivery of your order or if the shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, we will process a refund minus the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, you will be responsible for the costs associated with reshipping the order.
15. Promotional Items and Free Gifts
If your order included promotional items, free gifts, or bonus products, these items must be returned along with the purchased product to receive a full refund.
If promotional items or free gifts are not returned, the value of these items may be deducted from your refund.
Promotional discounts and coupon codes are applied to the order total and cannot be refunded separately. If you return part of an order that included a promotional discount, the refund will be calculated based on the discounted price paid for the returned items.
16. Subscription Orders
If you have subscribed to receive regular shipments of our products, you may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team.
Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for that shipment.
Products received as part of a subscription order are subject to the same return policy as regular orders. Each shipment is treated as a separate order for return purposes.
